About I Can Resist Anything But Temptation
I Can Resist Anything But Temptation is a bold spicy-leather eau de parfum for men, inspired by 1 Million by Paco Rabanne. The name is a joke; the fragrance is not.
It opens with a flash of grapefruit and blood mandarin, cut with cold mint, and for about ninety seconds it is refreshing. Then the cinnamon arrives and the whole thing turns warm and glowing. Rose sits in the middle, not as a flower so much as a rich, jammy texture that thickens the spice, and the general effect is of something sweet, metallic and slightly dangerous.
The base does the heavy lifting. Leather brings a tanned, supple smell that stops the sweetness from turning sticky, amber gives it a golden glow that carries across a room, and patchouli adds the earthy depth that makes it last. Hours later, what remains on your skin is warm leather and spiced amber, and it is genuinely lovely.
This is not a subtle fragrance and it does not pretend to be. It is for parties, clubs, birthdays and nights where being noticed is the entire point. Young men love it, and so do plenty of older ones who wear it with a bit more restraint. Two sprays will fill a car. Three will fill a room. Wear it on cool evenings when the air holds the amber close, and expect to be asked what it is.

If you love 1 Million by Paco Rabanne, this one shares its DNA closely. The same bright citrus opening, the same cinnamon and spiced rose heart, and the same warm leather and amber base that made the original one of the most recognisable masculine fragrances of the last twenty years.
Our composition is a touch less sugary. The mint in the opening is brighter and survives longer, which cuts the sweetness in the first hour, and our leather reads slightly drier and less honeyed. The original has a more metallic sheen; ours goes warmer sooner. Both project generously and last well into the night. This is a fragrance inspired by that famous character rather than a reproduction of it, and the drier leather is where ours stakes its own claim.

When to wear it
Evenings, autumn and winter, when cold air carries amber beautifully. It is made for social occasions rather than offices, and it is overwhelming in summer heat. Two sprays: one on the chest, one on the neck, applied before you dress so the fabric picks up the trail. Because a little goes far, the 30ml at R70 lasts most wearers a surprisingly long time.

How long does it last?
It is one of the longest-lasting fragrances we make. Eight hours or more on skin is typical, and it will still be faintly on your shirt the next morning.
Is it suitable for the office?
Generally not. It projects strongly and reads as a night fragrance. If you must wear it to work, use one light spray and keep it below the collar.
Which size gives the best value?
The 100ml at R200 is the best value per millilitre, but because you only need two sprays, many wearers find the 50ml at R120 lasts them most of a year.
