About Heaven On Earth
Heaven On Earth is a rich gourmand woody oriental eau de parfum for women, inspired by Angel by Mugler. It is the fragrance that invented an entire genre, and it still behaves like nothing else on a shelf.
The opening is a fruit bowl and a flower shop at once. Bergamot brightens, strawberry and dewberry bring a jammy red sweetness, honey adds stickiness, and jasmine, orchid and rose give it a floral lift that stops the fruit from reading as a children's sweet.
Then the heart lands, and this is where it becomes unmistakable. Chocolate and caramel arrive together, dense and warm, with coumarin adding an almond-hay softness. It smells edible, seriously so, and yet it never quite tips into dessert because of what is waiting underneath.
Patchouli is the secret. Dark, earthy and slightly bitter, it cuts through all that sugar and gives the fragrance its adult backbone, while sandalwood adds cream and vanilla and musk round out the finish. The contrast between the sweetness and the earth is the whole reason this style is so loved and so debated.
It is enormously powerful. Two sprays is the maximum for most people, and one is often enough. Wear it on cold evenings, to dinners and parties, and expect strong reactions. It is also one of the longest-lasting fragrances we sell, holding on a coat for the better part of a week.

If you love Angel by Mugler, Heaven On Earth shares its DNA in the most important ways: the red fruit and honey opening, the chocolate and caramel heart, and above all the enormous patchouli base that gives the original its unmistakable earthy, almost savoury edge beneath all that sweetness.
Ours is marginally softer. The patchouli is a shade less bitter, which makes the middle hours easier for anyone who found the original overwhelming, and our caramel is creamier than it is burnt. The overall shape and the extraordinary performance are the same. Both project strongly and last all day. Heaven On Earth is an original composition inspired by that fragrance rather than a reproduction of it, and the gentler patchouli is where ours differs most.

When to wear it
Cold weather, and a very light hand. This is a winter and late-autumn fragrance that works at dinners, parties and evenings out, and it is far too much for a warm day or a shared office. One or two sprays, applied low on the body so the sweetness rises slowly. A 30ml at R70 will outlast a year of careful wearing.

Is it too strong?
It is one of the most powerful fragrances we make. One spray is genuinely enough for most people, and two is the maximum unless you are outdoors in cold air.

How long does it last on clothing?
Days rather than hours. A single spray on a coat can still be detected the following week, so apply to skin if you prefer more control over how long it stays.
