About Impure Thoughts
Impure Thoughts is a fresh, dewy floral eau de parfum for women, inspired by Pleasures by Estée Lauder. Despite the name, it is the most innocent-smelling fragrance in our range: all cut stems and clean water.
It opens green. A crisp green accord arrives first, violet leaf adds a cool, sappy sharpness, and white lily brings a delicate floral brightness. There is no fruit, no sugar and no citrus fizz, which makes it immediately distinctive in a market full of sweet openings.
The heart is a bouquet with the rain still on it. Peony is soft and pink, rose is fresh rather than jammy, jasmine adds quiet depth, and karo karounde contributes an exotic, almost green-floral hum. Pink peppercorn threads through it all with a whisper of spice, and black lily gives the centre a slightly darker shadow that keeps it from being simply pretty.
The base is barely there, and deliberately so. Sandalwood and patchouli sit far underneath, giving just enough warmth and earth to hold the flowers in place without weighing them down.
This is a fragrance for daylight and for any season, worn to work, to lunch, to school runs and to quiet weekends. Four sprays, since it is light. It is also one of the most universally pleasant scents we sell, which makes it a very safe gift for someone whose taste you do not know.

If you love Pleasures by Estée Lauder, Impure Thoughts sits firmly in the same family. Both are transparent green florals built around lily, peony and rose, both avoid sweetness almost entirely, and both finish on a quiet sandalwood base that keeps the flowers grounded.
Ours is a touch greener at the start. The violet leaf is more prominent in our opening, giving a sappier first impression, and our patchouli is slightly more noticeable in the dry-down, adding a little more warmth. The original is airier through the middle; ours has marginally more body. Both are moderate in longevity, lasting five to six hours, with soft projection. Impure Thoughts is inspired by that fragrance and shares a similar character, but it is an original composition rather than a reproduction of it.

When to wear it
This one works from spring through autumn and suits daylight best, when its green freshness feels natural. It is ideal for work, daytime events, church and any setting where a heavy fragrance would be out of place. Four sprays, because it wears lightly. Is it sweet at all?
Almost not. There is no vanilla, fruit or sugar in the composition. What sweetness exists comes from the flowers themselves, which keeps it fresh from start to finish.
Is this a safe gift?

Which season suits it best?
