Shipping policy

This page exists so that the address ivanasofia.co.za/shipping-policy leads somewhere useful. Everything it summarises is set out properly on our delivery page.

In short: we deliver door to door anywhere in South Africa by courier through Bob Go. Most parcels arrive within two to four working days of dispatch, with Gauteng usually quicker and outlying areas a day or two longer. Delivery is calculated at checkout from the parcel weight and your postal code, and orders of R750 or more are delivered free.

Orders paid and cleared before 12pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the courier collects the parcel. Somebody needs to be at the delivery address during business hours to sign for it.

We do not offer collection. Our Eikenhof premises are a working factory rather than a shop, and are not open to the public.

For the full detail, including indicative timeframes by area and what happens when nobody is home, read the delivery page. Returns are covered here.
